What is DevFlow?
DevFlow is an AI Development Workflow Manager — a platform that brings structure, traceability, and quality control to AI-assisted software development.
The Problem
Section titled “The Problem”AI coding assistants are powerful, but without structure they create chaos:
- No planning — The AI starts coding immediately, without understanding the full picture
- No approval — Changes go straight into the codebase with no human review of the approach
- No traceability — Three weeks later, nobody knows why a decision was made
- No quality gates — There is no systematic review before code is merged
Teams using AI assistants often end up with faster output but lower quality. DevFlow fixes this.
The Solution
Section titled “The Solution”DevFlow introduces a structured workflow where human decisions and AI execution work together:
- Every task is a Flow — From idea to completion, every piece of work follows a defined path
- Humans decide, AI executes — You approve plans before code is written. You review results before they ship
- Everything is tracked — Who created the plan, who approved it, who implemented it, who reviewed it
- Quality is enforced — No code without an approved plan. No merge without a review
Who is DevFlow For?
Section titled “Who is DevFlow For?”- Developers who use AI agents (Claude, GPT, etc.) for coding and want to maintain quality
- Teams that need traceability for AI-assisted development
- Freelancers who manage multiple projects and want structured time tracking
- Companies that need compliance (labor law enforcement, work time regulations)
How is DevFlow Different?
Section titled “How is DevFlow Different?”| Traditional PM + ChatGPT | Linear + Copilot | DevFlow | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Structured AI workflow | No | No | Yes |
| Plan approval before coding | No | No | Yes |
| Code review enforcement | Manual | Manual | Built-in |
| AI agent time tracking | No | No | Yes |
| Full audit trail | Partial | Partial | Yes |
| Labor law compliance | No | No | Yes |
DevFlow is not just another project management tool. It is purpose-built for the age of AI-assisted development, where the challenge is not writing code faster — it is maintaining quality and control while doing so.
