Search & Filters

Press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows to open the global search dialog from anywhere in DevFlow. This is the fastest way to navigate to any project, flow, or ticket.

  • Start typing and results appear in real time after a minimum of 2 characters
  • Results span across projects, flows, and tickets
  • Each result shows a type icon so you can visually distinguish between projects, flows, and tickets at a glance

The search dialog is fully keyboard-driven:

  • Arrow keys — Move up and down through results
  • Enter — Open the selected result
  • Escape — Close the search dialog

Global search respects your current context. If you are working in your personal workspace, it searches your personal projects. If you are in an organization, it searches across all projects in that organization.

When viewing the Kanban board, you can narrow down which flows are displayed using the filter bar:

  • Release — Show only flows assigned to a specific release
  • Flow type — Filter by Feature, Bug, or Chore
  • Assignee — Show flows assigned to a specific team member
  • Search text — Free-text search within flow titles and descriptions
  • Show/hide done — Toggle whether completed flows appear on the board

Filters can be combined. For example, you can show only bugs assigned to you in the current release.

On the time tracking page, use filters to focus on specific entries:

  • Project — Show time entries for a single project
  • Date range — Narrow results to a specific time period
