Search & Filters
Global Search
Section titled “Global Search”Press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows to open the global search dialog from anywhere in DevFlow. This is the fastest way to navigate to any project, flow, or ticket.
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”- Start typing and results appear in real time after a minimum of 2 characters
- Results span across projects, flows, and tickets
- Each result shows a type icon so you can visually distinguish between projects, flows, and tickets at a glance
Keyboard Navigation
Section titled “Keyboard Navigation”The search dialog is fully keyboard-driven:
- Arrow keys — Move up and down through results
- Enter — Open the selected result
- Escape — Close the search dialog
Context-Aware
Section titled “Context-Aware”Global search respects your current context. If you are working in your personal workspace, it searches your personal projects. If you are in an organization, it searches across all projects in that organization.
Kanban Board Filters
Section titled “Kanban Board Filters”When viewing the Kanban board, you can narrow down which flows are displayed using the filter bar:
- Release — Show only flows assigned to a specific release
- Flow type — Filter by Feature, Bug, or Chore
- Assignee — Show flows assigned to a specific team member
- Search text — Free-text search within flow titles and descriptions
- Show/hide done — Toggle whether completed flows appear on the board
Filters can be combined. For example, you can show only bugs assigned to you in the current release.
Time Tracking Filters
Section titled “Time Tracking Filters”On the time tracking page, use filters to focus on specific entries:
- Project — Show time entries for a single project
- Date range — Narrow results to a specific time period
