Kanban Board

The Kanban board gives you a visual overview of all Flows in a project. It organizes work into three phases, lets you reorder priorities with drag-and-drop, and shows real-time agent activity.

The board is divided into three phase columns, each containing one or more Flow states:

PhaseStatesPurpose
Preparationidea, planning, approvalWork being defined and planned
Developmentready, in_progress, reviewWork being implemented and reviewed
CompletedoneFinished work (hidden by default)

Within each phase column, individual state labels appear at the top with a count of how many Flows are in each state. Flow cards are positioned within the column based on their current state, giving you a sense of progress at a glance.

Each card on the board shows:

  • Display ID and title of the Flow
  • Flow type indicator (Feature or Hotfix)
  • Assignee — who is working on it
  • Release badge if the Flow belongs to a release

Click any card to open the Flow detail page.

When an AI agent is actively working on a Flow (during planning or implementation), a pulsing indicator appears on the card and in the phase header. This lets you see at a glance which Flows have agent activity in progress.

You can drag cards within a phase column to reorder them by priority. This changes the sort order of Flows and persists across sessions. Drag-and-drop requires a small movement threshold (8 pixels) to distinguish intentional drags from clicks.

On mobile devices, the board switches to a single-column list layout where cards are grouped by phase.

The filter bar sits above the board and offers several ways to narrow what you see:

Type in the search field to filter Flows by their display ID, title, or description. Results update as you type.

Select a specific release to show only Flows assigned to it. The dropdown lists open releases first (with the active release highlighted), followed by already-released versions.

Toggle Feature and Hotfix chips to show or hide Flows of each type. At least one type must always be selected.

Filter by who is assigned to a Flow:

  • All — Show all Flows regardless of assignment
  • Mine — Show only Flows assigned to you
  • Unassigned — Show only Flows with no assignee
  • Specific member — Pick a team member from the list to see only their Flows

By default, completed Flows are hidden to keep the board focused on active work. Toggle the Completed button to show the Complete phase column. When visible, it shows the most recently completed Flows (up to 5). If there are more, a link lets you switch to the list view to see all of them.

All filter selections are saved for the duration of your browser session. When you navigate away from the board and come back, your filters are still applied. Filters reset when you close the browser tab.

You can change a Flow’s assignee directly from the Kanban card without opening the detail page. Click the assignee area on the card to open the selector and pick a team member.
