Calendar

The DevFlow calendar displays a full week at a glance, running from Monday to Sunday. Each day is divided into time slots, giving you a clear picture of how your time is allocated.

The calendar consolidates all time-based activities into a single view:

  • Work days — Scheduled working hours
  • Time entries — Logged work sessions, both manual and timer-based
  • Calendar events — Meetings, appointments, and other scheduled items

Use the arrow buttons at the top of the calendar to move forward or backward through weeks. The current week is selected by default when you open the calendar.

Hover over any event to see a tooltip preview with key details such as the title, time range, and associated project or flow. This lets you quickly scan your schedule without opening each event individually.

To move an event to a different time or day, drag it to the desired time slot. The event updates immediately, making it easy to adjust your schedule on the fly.

Click on any empty time slot to create a new entry at that time. A form opens where you can fill in the details, assign a project and flow, and set the duration.

Click on an existing event to open its details. From there you can:

  • Edit the event title, time, project assignment, or description
  • Delete the event if it is no longer needed

When two or more events overlap, the calendar highlights the conflict visually. This helps you spot scheduling issues at a glance so you can resolve them before they cause problems.
